I am mostly restricting my edits to the topic of botany. I tend to be dry and factual; I do believe in staying close to the facts.

This means I strongly disapprove of the English Wikipedia, where plants have been made subject to the local Tree-of-Life project, which is devoted to creating a new taxonomy (the ultimate Tree-of-Life), governed by their own newly made-up rules of forming names, etc. There, plants are a topic for creative writing, not eschewing out-and-out fiction (there, 1 + 1 ≠ 2).

When it comes to information on plants, the English Wikipedia is dragging years behind some of the other projects (sometimes even the Danish Wikipedia proves to be ahead of the English one).
