I checked the [http://www.mrs.umn.edu/academic/history/Nahuatl/engl-nah.txt Nahuatl glossary] and [http://www.seghea.com/pat/bible/nahuatl1.html Bible verses in Nahuatl]; so the following words: "True" = ''melahuac'', "Jesus" = ''Jesús'', and "Church" = ''teocalli'', ''teopa'' or ''teopantli''.
So I assume the title could possibly be "Melahuac Jesús Teopantli" etc.
